How To Get In Touch
The club receives hundreds of items of correspondence every week, via e-mail, fax, letter and telephone. Our supporters' views are important to us and we read every communication sent in. But while we endeavour to reply to as many of them as possible, we simply do not have the human resources to answer every point our supporters wish to make.
Before you contact us - Please read below to see the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions and the important note about team-related correspondence. If your query does not fall into any of the listed categories, we will be pleased to help you wherever we can.

If you are having problems registering to the website it is almost certainly because someone else has already registered under the user name you are requesting. Keep trying a wide variety of different user names. As a last resort, e-mail the club with your preferred user name and password, and we will register you under the closest match possible.

Team-Related Correspondence
The vast majority of communications from fans into the Club relate to the performances of the team, individual players, the manager or coaching staff, or a combination of these. Alternatively, some fans ask us to pass messages onto playing or coaching staff, or request pictures or autographs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reply to supporters sending in correspondence about team affairs. We do read ALL correspondence sent in to the Club but we do not have the resources to be able to reply to the hundreds of communications we receive about team affairs.
Other Correspondence
Other communications sent to the Club may receive a reply via the contact details you leave in your initial correspondence. In some cases this will be a simple acknowledgement of our receipt of your letter/fax/e-mail.
If several other fans have written to make a similar point, you may all receive a collective reply that will address the topic you have raised but not necessarily your individual points. In some instances you may receive a reply directly from one of our department managers in relation to a specific question you have raised. We are sorry that we are unable to send individual replies to all supporters.
