The time is upon us for the official SWFC Goal of the Season vote, with the fans deciding which player will succeed former Owls star Chris Brunt.

Brunt's stunning strike against local rivals Leeds took the plaudits last time out and we have selected eight strikes from which one will take the coveted 2007/08 mantle.

To give you a helping hand, Franny Jeffers' first goal for the club during the first win of the season hosting Hull was of sufficient quality to settle any contest, or how about Burton O'Brien's long-ranger against Charlton at the Valley?

Chelsea striker Ben Sahar applied the finish to a blinding team move at home to Crystal Palace, while fellow loanee Franck Songo'o rattled in a top-drawer strike that salvaged a point against Stoke.
