Owls boss Brian Laws has confirmed that Richard Hinds will sit out the upcoming games against Leicester and Norwich respectively.

The defender sustained an ankle knock during Wednesday's clash with Stoke late in March and has now succumbed to the injury for the short remainder of the season.

Laws said: "It's another blow, for myself, the team and obviously for Richard himself, and it really is one injury after another. But we have to push on and I'm confident that with the players we have at our disposal, we are more than capable of getting the win we need at Leicester on Saturday."
